Just wanted to share a wonderful experience I had with this company. They did not ask me to write a review but I felt compelled to do so. I asked Chat GPT to find me a highly recommended company who could help fix my fridge/freezer that just broke down on us. I came across Pegasus Appliance Repair and saw that they could come the same day to look and possible repair it. Had a gentleman named Adrian who came to have a look and was very helpful and honest about the situation. They didn't have the part on hand but quickly got it ordered and came back a couple of days later to make the repair. We were about to buy a new fridge but we were assured that our fridge could be repaired much cheaper and continue to potentially work for years to come. Highly recommend them. ~ Rich R

Adrian arrived promptly @ time designated…..frig clicking on/off & making funny noises.Difficult to diagnose exact problem but expect faulty inverter module. The replacement part is available…..would return early next morning to install or possibly later today. Surprisingly 2 hrs later Adrian returns…..installs new part. Regrettably the issue not fixed…determined the control module relay switch not working……this part no longer available as frig over 10yrs old. Too bad. Having paid 50% of estimated cost was informed refund would be forthcoming….only charged for the service call. The next day received reimbursement via interac transfer…. While repair not possible the quality of service call was excellent as was followup on return of overpayment. Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pegasus. ~ Ron F

I was very impressed with the care taken by the Appliance Repair technician, in diagnosing what turned out to be a complex problem with my refrigerator. Rather than try to sell me a bunch of new parts, which he probably could have done, he said he wanted to go back and consult with their senior technician and the refrigerator manufacturer. He later called back and suggested that I try a simple fix myself; simple meaning no disassembly and no tools. I did as he asked and it solved the problem. I happily paid for the service call! The refrigerator and ice makers are now working the way they are supposed to. Fixed the problem and explained the repair. My freezer wasn’t working correctly. The person answering the phone was friendly and helpful, and made an appointment for me the same day. The repairman came out, and he spent time figuring out what was wrong with the freezer. He also patiently explained everything to me. Unfortunately, the problem with the freezer wasn’t a small one, it needed a new compressor. He told me that it would be an expensive fix, and suggested it made more sense to get a new refrigerator. I really appreciated his honesty. I will definitely use Pegasus Appliance Repair Oakville again, because their pricing is reasonable, and you can trust them to be honest with their appliance repair service. ~ Steve T

Extremely satisfied with the service from Pegasus for the repair of our dryer. I received a call back almost immediately after filling out their online form. They were able to send out a technician, Adrian, the very same day to take a look at the dryer. Adrian took the dryer apart and did a complete analysis to determine the issue. He even took the time to explain what he was checking and how it all worked. He ordered a replacement part and was able to finish up the job a couple days later once the part arrived. To remove the old dishwasher and install the new one, I contacted Pegasus Appliance Repair. They responded quickly, and Adrian came to my house twice. He was enthusiastic, friendly, and professional. Since my English isn't very good, he recorded a video to explain to the plumber what needed to be done. The entire installation process was thorough and meticulous. After completing the installation, he carefully checked everything and helped me start the dishwasher for its first run. This company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I requested an appointment through their online portal because it was after hours on a Saturday. The promised phone call came the next morning (Sunday) and an appointment was booked for Monday, a 2 hour window. The repairman Sergey sent me a text when he was 20 minutes away. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the problem and explained everything. He had to order a new part - it's a 12 year old washer but well built. He said it might be Thursday - he ordered the part immediately, right there on his phone. Well I got a call Tuesday afternoon, part has arrived, with an appointment for Wednesday at Noon! Same situation, Sergey showed up right on time, did the repair, tested everything. A very friendly guy and Excellent work! Pegasus Appliance Repair sent Adrian to resolve an issue with my recently installed dishwasher (by my renovations plumber), where the dishwasher was rocking in and out when loading or unloading dishes. Adrian is very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He re-installed the dishwasher and secured it in place. He also ensured the corrugated plastic drainage hose was straight, without any kinks to prevent breakdown and future leaks. Adrian is awesome! I used Pegasus services before, for different appliance for my rental property. Easy to communicate and set up appointments, knowledgeable technicians in both occasions (this time was Gregory - thank you Gregory), repairs completed quickly. The only minor issue was that my tenant was seemingly not very pleased that he had to help remove and re-install the washing machine and dryer (stacked setup). I wish we were explained the need to remove the appliances to set repair at different time - in order for me to be there, or ask Pegasus to send a crew of two. Overall great service though, would definitely use their services again. ~ Cristian B

I had issue with my Viking fridge and Pegasus sent technician Gregory and found issue with invertor which was replaced and i called them after the installation for ice accumulation and they were prompt in sending Greg again to check and ensure all working properly and hope it does but what I was impressed was the helpful nature of Gregory and efficient service and response by Pegasus to send Greg again. Professional, courteous and reliable service. They were able to accommodate an appointment within 24 hours to repair my dryer over the weekend. Adrian is very knowledgeable about appliances. He inspected the dryer thoroughly, found the cause of the problem and quoted the cost of the repair before proceeding. Contacted Pegasus Appliance Repair in Oakville for refrigerator (ice maker) and oven repair on same service call. Pegasus came out promptly and made the necessary repairs. Was my first time using Pegasus and I would use them again. Everything about the service was professional and reliable. Emil was an experienced technician and knew what he was doing. The repair involved a Miele dishwasher. Emil diagnosed the problem in consultation with Miele. The parts were ordered from Miele. Within a week, the new parts were installed and dishwasher was back to 100%. It doesn't get much better than that. ~ Neil S

Dimitri was fantastic, came to fix our fridge that was having a lot of issues. We almost thought to purchase a new one. Dimitri came on the long weekend diagnosed the issue, after thanksgiving he came and installed the part we needed. Now it runs like a brand new fridge. I am very pleased with Pegasus Appliance Repair. We had a problem with the switch on our electric stove. Pegasus were able to send technician (Gregory) immediately and he diagnosed the problem and ordered the relevant part. I received an error code on my dryer yesterday and it wouldn't stop running unless I opened the door and wasn't producing any heat. The usual appliance repair company could not come out for 3 days and then would likely need to order parts. So I searched for someone locally and was impressed with Pegasus' 5-star rating with over 40 reviews. They were actually very close to my home so I called and explained the situation. They were able to send Adrian over that same afternoon. He quickly diagnosed that it was the main powerboard that was the problem. After looking for a replacement he said it was not available and was a special order which would take a few days to get in. He said he could try to reset the board which he did and amazingly it fixed the problem. The dryer is running perfectly again and I may end up ordering the board anyway just to be safe, but I'm very pleased with the service this company provided and they are less expensive than the company I normally use who are also very good. Adrian was on time, very efficient, communicated everything that he was doing and a pleasure to have in my home. You will not be disappointed with this company and I will hire them again if the need arises. ~ Michael F

Adrian arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem on our Maytag washing machine very quickly. Unfortunately the replacement part was not available locally and had to be ordered from the warehouse so he returned the following day to complete the job.
